Martin's has the absolute best bar staff in Jackson and offers a huge selection of liquors and beer, both domestic and imports. You can get a PBR or Samuel Smith, or pick from one of the other hundred or so beers we have in stock. On the liquor scene, you also have a great selection, anything from Johnnie Walker Blue, Corazon Tequila, Woodford Reserve (my personal favorite) right down to Old Taylor whiskey and Cluny scotch, with the in-between being filled with all other popular wines and spirits Mississippi has to offer.
Every hour is happy hour at Martin's where a mean drink will always be poured at a fair price.

Welcome To The Home Of Jackson's Best Original Live Music
The mural project at Martin’s Restaurant and Bar, downscaled and moved around the corner, now greets patrons at the entrance with colorful toasts to Mississippi heritage, music, food and social interaction.
The original plan, for a large and long mural on the downtown Jackson building’s north wall, was abandoned after the property owner of the adjacent vacant lot, who owns a small portion of the wall, objected, Martin’s owner Joseph Stodghill said.
He and artist Jason Jenkins shifted focus around the corner to the Commerce Street side, with four smaller murals, including one on the next-door building that Stodghill owns.
“We kind of had to take lemons and make lemonade,” he said. “We wanted some art up there, so we just basically adjusted on the fly.”
Now, iconic and brilliantly colored bluesman Robert Johnson and guitar greet customers and Commerce Street passersby. And under the awning, additional images herald Mississippi craft brews, the restaurant’s signature State Street profile, a lively bar scene and a stacked-high burger. The brick background contributes to a period feel.

After a 7-month halt to our murial project, I am pleased to announce the project is back on and Jason Jenkins will commence work immediately. A special thanks to Ben Allen, downtown Jackson partners and Leland Speed for their help in getting this done.
The mural project will take about a month to complete and will be 142-feet long by 10.5-feet tall. When finished, the mural will be visable from the Pearl and State Street intersection, the main thoroughfare to downtown Jackson.
The Martin's Mural will greet everyone as they enter downtown Jackson. Feel free to stop or ride by and check out our progress. Thanks again for all the support, and enjoy!
